Electrical

In most countries, the L100 Ultra can simply be connected to a regular wall plug.

Warning! This appliance must be earthed. Ensure the electrical suppy is properly grounded.

Available specifications are as follows:

The ROEST is supplied with a C13 power cable. Available plug types:

Exhaust

The L100 Ultra should be connected to external ventilation, or used in a well-ventilated area. Particularly when roasting at high speed in counterflow mode, roasting can generate significant amounts of fumes. See our guide to ventilation for more details.

Exhaust diameter 80 mm. The single outlet combines exhaust gases and cooling tray air.

Supplied hose length: 1.5 m. A 3 m hose is available on our webshop.

Max airflow in normal use 80 m3/h (47 CFM)

Max exhaust temperature: 140 °C in exhaust fan chamber, 60 °C at exit from exhaust hose

Built-in cyclone and mesh filter reduce levels of chaff and dust in exhaust gases, but ducting still needs regular cleaning. See our guide to maintenance for more details.
